1 Komponenten Farben balken

 

HG Series

Screen printing inks for printing on thermoplastics, especially rigid and plasticized PVC, PMMA (acrylic glass) polycarbonate, print treated polyester foils, various types of polystyrene, ABS, SAN and copolymers.

CX Series

Screen printing inks for printing on thermoplastics, especially polystyrene (PS), polycarbonate (PC) and PMMA (acrylic glass), also rigid PVC, PVC adhesive foils as well as paper and cardboard.

J Series

Screen printing inks for printing on thermoplastics, especially rigid and plasticized PVC, pre-treated (primer) polyester foils. To a limited extent suitable for PMMA (acrylic glass) and polycarbonate. Very limited suitability for various kinds of polystyrene and its copolymers.
Due to the different properties of the substrates, pre-tests are always essential.
 
 
 

CP Series

Screen printing inks for printing on paper, cardboard, carton and thermoplastics such as polystyrene, rigid PVC, PVC adhesive foils, polycarbonate and PMMA (acrylic glass).

PP Series

Screen printing inks for printing on un-treated polypropylene (PP), suitable only for applications not requiring high resistances.

PK-JET Series

Screen printing inks for printing on thermoplastics, especially rigid and plasticized PVC, also for PMMA (acrylic glass), cellulose acetobutyrate and polystyrene (PS).

PK Series

XL Series

Screen printing inks for printing of thermoplastic items, which are sensitive to tension cracks, especially injection moulds made of polystyrene (PS), ABS and other co-polymers, such as housings, cans, other containers, and various promotional items.
In addition, XL inks can be used for printing of polystyrene boards, PET-G, PVC self-adhesive foils, PMMA boards and injection moulds (acrylic glass).
 
 
 

RF-K Series

Screen printing inks for 4-colour process printing. Suitable for thermoplastics, e.g. rigid PVC and PVC self-adhesive foil, polystyrene (PS), polycarbonate (PC), PMMA (“acrylic glass”) and acetobutyrate.

TZ Series

Screen printing ink for direct printing on natural fabrics, especially cotton as well as synthetic fibres such as polyamide and polyester. Also suitable for polyurethane, leather, synthetic leather, TPU/TPE (thermoplastic urethanes or elastomer) and rubber.

ZE 1690 Series

Screen printing ink for direct printing on various synthetic fibres, leather, synthetic leather, TPU/TPE (thermoplastic urethanes or elastomers). Limited suitability for vulcanised rubber.
 
 
 

Z-PVC Series

Screen ink range for printing on thermoplastics such as PVC, PMMA (acrylic glass), front panels made of polycarbonate (PC) or PC/ABS polymer blends. Also suitable for pre-treated polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE).

Note: Z/PVC inks are not suitable for printing on polystyrene (PS) materials.
 
 
 

YN Series

Screen printing ink, mainly for decoration of containers (cans, tubes and cartridges), various promotional, and souvenir items. YN inks are especially suitable for printing of thermoplastics made of pre-treated polyolefines, i.e. polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (HD-PE, LD-PE), also for duroplastics, rigid PVC and polystyrene (PS), coated substrates, metal and Chromolux paper.

 
 
 

PO Series

Screen printing ink for printing of pre-treated polyolefin materials (polyethylene, polypropylene) as well as metal, various coated metals and wood.

ZGM Series

As screen printing inks ZGM can be processed with two different hardeners they show an exceptionally vast variety of possible applications.

Depending on hardener used ZGM inks are suitable for the following substrates:
• With hardener SVC/H:
Glass (mainly sheet glass), ceramics, duroplastics, metals and chromium-plated surfaces.
• With hardener Z/H:
Thermoplastics, especially pre-treated polyolefines, i.e. polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (HD-PE, LD-PE), PMMA (acrylic glass), polyamide (PA), cellulose acetate, various duroplastics as well as metal and coated surfaces.
 
 
 

Z Series

Screen printing inks for printing on special thermoplastics, especially pre-treated polyolefines, i.e. polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (HD-PE, LD-PE), PMMA (acrylic glass), polyamide (PA), polyacetal (POM), various duroplastics, metal as well as coated substrates.
 
 
 

Z/GL Series

Screen printing inks for printing on glass, ceramics, duroplastics, metals as well as chromium-plated surfaces.

ZMN Series

Screen printing inks for printing on pre-treated polyolefines, i.e. polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (HD-PE, LD-PE) such as beer crates and similar containers. Also, for coated and chromium-plated surfaces as well as for printing of various thermoplastics like PMMA (acrylic glass) and ABS and duroplastics (phenolic and melamine resins, glass-fibre reinforced polyester and epoxy resins).

ZM Series

Screen printing inks for printing on metals (aluminium, steel, copper), coated surfaces as well as various thermoplastics such as ABS, PMMA (“acrylic glass”), pre-treated polyolefines, i.e. polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (HD-PE, LD-PE) and duroplastics (phenolic and melamine resins, glass fibre reinforced polyester and epoxy resins).
 
 
 

Z-DD Series

Special screen printing inks Z/DD are suitable for applications requiring highest possible resistances. They are suitable for printing on thermoplastics, such as pre-treated polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), duroplastics, coated surfaces as well as metal.
